Professor Sanja Bogojević, Fellow and Tutor in Law at LMH, together with Professor Xavier Groussot at Lund University, has been awarded 7.5 million SEK (c. £600,000) by the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation for a project on 'Understanding Constitutional Safeguards in Case of Emergency'.
As part of this project, the duo will examine emergency measures used in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic and so, map best practices for possible climate emergency laws.
