Former visiting students can request a transcript by completing a transcript request form.  

Please note that LMH will only accept requests for transcripts directly from our students and alumni and not from third parties. 

Our standard procedure is to provide an electronic transcript (a PDF document).  This document is password-protected using your date of birth in the ddmmyyyy format, and sent via email.  There is no charge for this method of delivery.

If you need hard copy transcripts that must be sent abroad, Transglobal Express is LMH’s preferred courier, with the current rates available on the company's website. Alternatively, the Royal Mail offers international Air Mail and a variety of more reliable expedited and signed-for services. Charges for international postage to destinations outside Europe, for courier service, or for Royal Mail special services will need to be paid up front, and we will be in touch with you before shipping to communicate the details of how much this will cost.

Alternatively, you can make separate arrangements directly with your courier of choice, indicating that the documents should be collected from the LMH Porters’ Lodge.
