Biography

I completed an MSc in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing at the University of Oxford in 2024. Prior to that, I studied for a BSc in Mathematics with Economics at University College London, graduating in 2023. Starting October 2024, I started my DPhil in Mathematics in the Wolfson Centre for Mathematical Biology at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford.

Research Interests

My research interests lie in mathematical biology, focusing on analytical and computational modelling of early atherosclerosis, a chronic immune cardiovascular disease. My DPhil projects focuses on combining multiscale and multiphase approaches by using structured population models, asymptotic techniques and a multiphase framework to understand the dynamics of macrophages (immune cells) and their interactions with extracellular material (especially lipid) in early atherosclerotic plaque.

Previous Teaching

At LMH I teach the second-year courses Differential Equations I, Differential Equations II, Fluids and Waves, and Calculus of Variations.

At the Mathematical Institute I have previously taught the Part C and MMSC courses Perturbation Methods, Supplementary Applied Maths, and Further PDEs. I have also previously taught in a few other Oxford Colleges (Merton and Trinity).
