About the Book

Wings over Valletta is a historical novel set in Malta during the Second World War, bringing to life a lesser-known theatre of the conflict and the vital role played by civilian women. The story follows Kitty Campbell, an aircraft plotter, as she tracks aerial battles while searching for the daughter she was forced to give up years earlier.

'Page-turning... If you enjoy authentic wartime tales, plucky heroines, and gentle romance, this book is for you'  - Louise Morrish, author of Women of War

As bombing intensifies and invasion looms, Kitty’s search draws her into a web of secrets linked to her father’s past and a mysterious stranger on the island. She is ultimately forced to choose between duty to her country and her love for her child.

The novel is available to pre-order now online and in bookshops. More information about Tracy's work, and wider career since leaving LMH, can be found on her website.
