Professor Francis DiTraglia

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Oxford, a Tutor and Fellow in Economics at Lady Margaret Hall, and a visiting researcher at the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank. Before coming to Oxford, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge, an MA in Economics from the University of California San Diego, an MSc in Statistics from the University of St Andrews, and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the College of William and Mary.

My research develops statistical methods for untangling cause and effect and applies them to questions in economics and public policy.
