Biography

Suellen Littleton completed her MBA at London Business School after undergraduate studies in California. She then continued at London Business School, which fully funded her PhD research into Psychological Contracts in the non-profit sector.

She is a Fellow of the Foundation for Management Education. She has held several teaching roles and has taught on undergraduate and graduate programmes in the University of London at Birkbeck College and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has presented academic papers and attended conferences on five continents and has served on the review boards of several academic journals. She is active in the Academy of Management, The Association for Research on Non profit Organisations & Voluntary Action (ARNOVA).

Research interests

Suellen's research interests include nonprofit organisations; psychological contracts; management of change and leadership.

Teaching

Suellen's teaching interests span undergraduate, graduate and executive education. She has taught Introduction to Management; Organisational Behaviour and Theory; Management of Nonprofit Organisations; General Management; Strategic Management; and Employment Relations. Suellen has also helped deliver several tailor-made executive education programmes. She has also supervised a number of graduate thesis projects.
