Week 1 of Wellbeing Fortnight

Wellbeing Fortnight will run in 2nd and 3rd weeks of Trinity term, and there are a range of activities for students and staff to get involved with. Here is the schedule for the first week. 

Monday 1 May

  • 10am - Relaxation (Old Library)
  • 12pm - Farm Animals (Hockey Pitch)
  • All day - Pet meet 'n' greet - Issy in the Library

 

Tuesday 2 May

  • 12pm - Relaxation (Old Library)
  • 2pm - Guided Walk of LMH Gardens (meet at the Lodge)
  • 3.30pm - 4.30pm - Pet meet 'n' greet Dot the Labrador (Hockey Pitch)
  • 6.15pm - Evensong at New College (meet at Lodge at 5.40pm)

Wednesday 3 May

  • 10am - Relaxation (Old Library)
  • 1.15pm - Forest-bathing session (meet at Lodge)
  • 4pm - How to Learn Effectively (Simpkins Lee Theatre)
  • All day - Pet meet 'n' greet - Issy in the Library

Thursday 4 May

  • 8am - Barry's Boot Camp (Tennis Courts)
  • 10am - Relaxation (Old Library)
  • 11am - Planting Session
  • 2pm-4pm - Board Games (Talbot Hall)
  • 6pm - Powerlifting taster session for women, trans and non-binary people (LMH Gym)

Friday 5 May

  • 8am - Running Club (meet at Lodge)
  • 10am - Relaxation (Old Library)
  • Lunchtime - Pet meet 'n' greet: Tanya's dog Gracie (Deneke Foyer)
  • 4pm - Welfare Tea (Monson Room)

 

 

Saturday 6 May

  • 1pm - 3pm - Equali-Tea Party
  • Evening - Bop

Sunday 7 May

  • 10am - 12pm - Post-bop brunch (Monson Room)
  • 3pm - Welfare Tea (Old Library)
  • 8pm - Open Mic (Bar)
