The College proposes to appoint a stipendiary lecturer in Organic Chemistry for the Academic Year 2020-21. The successful candidate will be required to teach an average of 6 hours per week, per term, and to contribute to the organisational and pastoral oversight of Chemistry at LMH. They will likely be undertaking research but with a strong interest and desire in teaching and inspiring undergraduate students.
Salary Scale: £13,756 to £15,471 for a six-hour lecturership (at current rates), according to experience. The successful candidate will have a doctorate in Chemistry or a closely related field, and will likely already have some teaching experience at undergraduate level. The ability to teach core topics in Organic Chemistry is essential.
