How long we will keep your data?
Providing high quality outreach activities means being able to compare our activities to determine which ones best help students to move on to Higher Education. How long this takes will vary depending on your age at the time of participation in an outreach activity. Once you have reached the age of 20 personal information about you will either be deleted or anonymised so that you are no longer personally identifiable. This age gives us time to allow for most students with whom we work to progress onto an undergraduate degree, while allowing for gap years.
You have a right to see, change (if incorrect), or delete the data that we hold on you. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact email@example.com
