Professor Killeen
Many congratulations to Marie-Chantal Killeen, who has been recognised for her outstanding research, and excellent teaching, in the 2018 Recognition of Distinction Awards. The University of Oxford conducts an annual review, conferring the title of full Professor on successful applicants.
Professor Killeen has been awarded the title of Professor in French Literature. Her main research area is post-war French narrative fiction, but she describes her interests as 'broad and eclectic' - citing the works of 20th- and 21st-century female authors, various forms of contemporary Life writing, modern French theatre as well as Québécois literature and cinema.
