Playing the organ at LMH
Learn the organ at LMH

What our students say

The opportunity to learn the organ is a rare one and there is a long and storied history attached to the instrument. Yet, intimidating as it may at first be, in the beautiful setting of the LMH chapel and with the generosity and patience of Nicholas, it soon begins to feel accessible – and the thrill of playing, for the first time, with hands and feet together is difficult to outdo. The organ is a wonderful way to engage in a vast and beautiful repertoire of music as well as to become more involved in the musical life of the college and I am looking forward to continuing to explore this instrument over the coming terms.
