Request a new University Card
If you card is LOST you will need to pay a £10 replacement charge using a credit or debit charge via the online store the University Online Store. This will automatically order the replacement for you. The Student Records Officer will email you when the card arrives.
You do not need to pay the replacement charge if your old card has been stolen, damaged or expired. If you do not feel you should pay the £10 replacement charge, please complete the form below and (if approved) a new card will be ordered for you.
If the reason is STOLEN, please put the crime report number in the notes section.
If your card has EXPIRED, you must give a new leaving date.
The Student Records Officer will inform you when the new card arrives and you will need to return the old card (unless stolen) when you collect it.
