Sixty-six undergraduates and visiting students have been picking up their keys to the new Pipe Partridge Building this week.  With the start of the new term and new tenancy agreements the students have become the first users and occupiers of the Building, which is phase 1 of the College’s planned site development.

All the study bedrooms are en-suite with individual room thermostats, double glazed and sealed windows, underfloor heating powered by solar collectors, and heat exchange systems making the accommodation both comfortable and efficient.

Work is nearly complete on the stunning ground floor facilities: dining room, Simpkins Lee Lecture theatre and new Junior Common Room. Students and staff at the College are looking forward to using and enjoying the whole building later this term.
