Plans are being drawn up to refurbish one of LMH’s Victorian houses in the middle of the North Oxford Conservation Area during the second half of the Academic Year. Oxford City Council has granted planning permission for the work involving a side extension and alterations at 8 Fyfield Road. The work will allow the property to provide better quality, more suitable and more flexible accommodation for our graduate students. The property is expected to be ready for occupancy in Michaelmas Term 2010.
