To celebrate the passage of + 20 years since matriculation of the LMH classes of 1991, 1992 and 1993, there will be a major reunion in College on Saturday 4 August 2012, for alumni from these years and their partners (sorry...children are not invited).
The programme and timetable are outlined below:
Saturday 4 August
11.00 am onwards: Activities will be available including use of the gardens, punts and tennis courts
1.00 pm onwards: Boathouse open; an opportunity to re-enact 'Christ Church Regatta'
(The College Boatman, Mark Seal, has kindly agreed to be on hand)
5.00 pm: What's New: Changes in the last 20 years, Challenges in the next 20 years
(including tour of Pipe Partridge and talk in Simpkins Lee Theatre)
6.45 pm: Drinks reception and canapés, Old Library or Monson Room
7.30 pm: Black tie formal dinner, Deneke Dining Hall (3 course + wine)
10.30 pm: College Bop, in the College Bar till 2.00 am. Cash bar, with Disco
Sunday 5 August
8.00 am onwards: Breakfast in College for overnight guests
10.00 am: Chapel Service with the Chaplain, the Rev'd Allan Doig
(also celebrating his 20th year with the College)
11.30 am: Informal coffee in the gardens

For accommodation, please use the University’s central reservation system 'Oxford Rooms'. When booking for rooms, please proceed to the 'Check availability' page and enter the promotion code: reunion12 for Friday 3 and Saturday 4 August, 2012, then on the next page scroll down for LMH. There are 32 twin rooms available, and up to 140 single rooms. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
