Wendy has been Catering Services Manager at LMH since 2005. She has been employed at LMH since 1993, first as Catering Assistant and then as Dining Hall Supervisor. Besides managing the day to day running of the Hall, Wendy is a key member of the conference team.
Reporting to Wendy are Nelson, Rosa, Janet, Jolanta and Leszek.
